NI Secretary To Hold Talks With Stormont Parties
The Secretary of State is due to hold talks at Stormont in an effort to break the political deadlock.
Karen Bradley will meet the five main political parties this afternoon, Friday 15 February.
It is understood she is keen to assess the appetite among representatives for fresh negotiations aimed at restoring devolution.
The Irish Tánaiste Simon Coveney is also expected to attend.
The executive at Stormont collapsed in January 2017 and repeated negotiations have failed to break the impasse since.
In the House of Commons on Wednesday, Ms Bradley said she is working tirelessly towards her "absolute priority" of restoring devolution to Northern Ireland.
However, she acknowledged it is a sensitive matter which requires careful handling.
