NI Kick Off Euro Qualifiers With Win Over Estonia

Northern Ireland have started their Euro 2020 qualifiers on a high with a 2-0 win over Estonia at Windsor Park.

Michael O'Neill's team, who were drawn in Group C, got off to a positive start on Thursday 21 March with goals from Niall McGinn and Steven Davis.

They will return to Windsor Park on Sunday for a clash against Belarus, ahead of later qualifiers against Holland and Germany.

Northern Ireland have secured their first win in sixteen attempts after beating Estonia 1-0 in Tallinn on Wednesday. David Healy's 10th goal in 30 international appearances, a sweetly stuck 20-yard strike on the stroke of half-time, helped secure the victory.

World Cup Kick Off For Soccer Ladies
The Northern Ireland senior women's football team will turn out next month at Windsor Park in a vital international match, writes Natalie McCullough. They will take on France in a 2011 World Cup Qualifier, which is actually a 'double header' with the away game on Saturday March 27th and the return fixture at Windsor Park on the 31st.

McAuley To Join NI For World Cup Qualifiers
Gareth McAuley is set to join Northern Ireland for the World Cup qualifiers against Germany and Norway In October. Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill confirmed the West Bromwich Albion defender in a 26-man panel for the two games. He has also selected Millwall midfielder George Saville and Kilmarnock midfielder Jordan Jones.
