Detectives are appealing for information after an elderly person's home was targeted by burglars in Lack, County Fermanagh.

A small amount of cash was taken and an older person who was inside the property at the time was left uninjured.

Detective Constable Joanne Halliday said: "It is despicable that an older and vulnerable person should have been targeted in this way and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 1036 of 30/04/19."

Details can also be passed to Crimestoppers, an anonymous service, by calling 0800 555 111.
