Man Hospitalised After North Belfast Stabbing
Detectives are appealing for information after a man was reportedly stabbed in North Belfast last night, 06 May.
The incident happened at a house on Alliance Avenue in Ardoyne at around 8.45pm.
The man suffered a cut to the head and is now being treated at Mater Hospital.
Police have urged anyone who has any information that can assist with their investigation to contact officers in Tennent Street Police Station on 101 quoting reference 1175 06/05/19. Alternatively information can be passed to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a stabbing incident in north Belfast. According to police, a man was stabbed in the chest in an the Queen Victoria Gardens area at around 23:45 last night. The victim is being treated in hospital for "non life threatening injuries".

Two men die in separate stabbing incidents
Two people have been killed in separate stabbing incidents in Northern Ireland over the weekend. Hugh McKibben, 51, of Main Street in Carrowdore died in a stabbing incident at a house on Inisharoan Court about midnight on Sunday May 5. Four people were arrested following his murder but three have since been released on police bail.

Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing In Kilrea
Police have launched an investigation following the death of a 56-year-old man who was stabbed at a house in County L'Derry. Detective Chief Inspector Neil McGuinness said: "Shortly before 4.50pm, police received a report that a man had been stabbed. Officers attended alongside colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.

Police have appealed for information following a stabbing incident in Craigavon on Thursday 24 August. Police were made aware that a man had suffered serious stab wounds and was being treated by Craigavon A&E department. The man is said to have been stabbed in the neck and police believe he may have been attacked from behind.
