Pair Arrested Over Omagh Assault
Two men have been arrested following an assault in Omagh over the weekend.
A fight broke out at a house in the Hunters Crescent area shortly after 11pm on Friday night, 09 August.
A verbal altercation between two males on the doorstep of a house is understood to have escalated into a physical fight.
"A 26-year-old man, subsequently arrested on suspicion of common assault, has been released on bail pending further enquiries," a police statement read.
"The 19-year-old was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, he has also been released on bail pending further enquiries."
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant information is urged to contact police on 101 quoting reference 2460 of 09/08/19.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Pensioner Killed In L'Derry Collision Named
A 70-year-old man who was killed after being struck by a car in L'Derry has been named as James Brendan O'Connor. The accident happened in the Culmore Road area just before 7pm on Sunday. The road remains closed and motorists are being urged to seek an alternative route.
