Ice Warning Issued For NI
The Met Office has warned of icy conditions across Northern Ireland.
Wintry showers are expected from Monday evening, 27 January, through to the following morning.
A yellow weather warning for ice will therefore be in place between 7pm and 10am on Tuesday 28.
Forecasters warned of a risk of injury from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
Drivers are also advised to be aware of icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.

An ice warning has been issued for parts of Northern Ireland after temperatures plummeted overnight. The Met Office alert came into force at 5am on Tuesday 29 January and will last until 11am. Showers from the Atlantic are expected to turn increasingly to snow, especially over high ground.

Further Weather Warning Issued
A new weather warning has been issued for Northern Ireland. On Tuesday, the Met Office issued a fresh warning for snow in the region. It said rain and sleet can be expected with snow on higher ground. The 'yellow' alert will be in place from 5pm today (20 January).

Ice Warning For NI
A 'yellow' ice warning has been put in place for tomorrow, by the UK Met Office. Widespread icy patches are expected to develop during Friday morning and the public has been told to be aware of the risk of ice on untreated surfaces following overnight rain. The warning is valid from 05:00 on Friday until 10:00.
