Woman Left Frightened After West Belfast Burglary
A woman has been left shaken after she was forced to the ground and threatened by three males who had forced entry to her home.
Police have launched an investigation following the aggravated burglary in west Belfast on Wednesday evening, 18 March.
The gang, who were reportedly armed with weapons, entered the house in the Larkspur Rise area sometime between 8.15pm and 8.30pm, forcing the woman to the ground and demanding money before making off from the scene.
Detective Sergeant Arnott said: "This was a frightening ordeal for the victim in her home, somewhere she rightly deserves to feel safe.
"Enquiries are underway, and I would appeal to anyone who was in the area between these times and saw any suspicious activity, or who has any information about this incident which could assist with our investigation to contact detectives at Musgrave on 101 quoting reference number 1779 of 18/03/20."
Alternatively, information can be passed via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Pedestrian Injured In Belfast Hit-and-Run
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run incident in the Botanic Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning. Officers were called to the scene shortly before 1.30am after a male pedestrian was struck by a maroon Mazda. Despite being injured, the pedestrian left the area before police arrived.
