Four Charged As Counterfeit Money Seized In Co Armagh

Four men have been charged to court after counterfeit currency was seized when a vehicle failed to stop for police in Co Armagh.

The white transit van also collided with a number of police vehicles during the incident on Saturday 21 March.

The individuals, aged 25, 28, 32 and 35, are charged with possessing counterfeit currency and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

The 38 year-old is also accused of a number of motoring offences.

All four will appear before Newry Magistrates Court today, Monday 23 March.
