Indoor hospitality will officially open today, 24 May, as Northern Ireland takes further steps out of lockdown.

Six people from no more than two households will be able to meet in homes and stay overnight.

All tourism accommodation will also reopen.

Post-wedding and civil partnership receptions can also take place.

Elsewhere, over £96million has been allocated by the Finance Minister to support businesses which are the last to reopen and secure jobs.

Sinn Féin spokesperson for the Economy Caoimhe Archibald said: "This announcement underlines Conor Murphy’s commitment to see businesses through the remaining restrictions to reopening and recovery.

"This is about saving jobs and businesses and securing the future of workers and their families.

"The pandemic has been incredibly difficult for these sectors and this support ahead of their reopening is critical to their survival."
