Appeal For Information On Hit-And-Run Near Ballycastle

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information on a hit-and-run incident near Ballycastle.

A man, aged in his 20s, and a woman, aged in her 30s, were walking on Moyarget Road at about 10.20pm on Sunday 21 August when they were struck by a van. It is understood that the van failed to stop and fled the scene.

Both people remain in hospital, with the man's condition described as serious.

Police have appealed for anyone who has information, particularly anyone with mobile phone or dashcam footage of the scene, to contact them.

Appeal For Information On Ballycastle Petrol Bomb Attack
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a petrol bomb attack on a house in Ballycastle on Saturday 12th August. At approximately 8am police received a report that a petrol bomb had been thrown at a property in the Fogarty Crescent area. Damage was caused to a window, but there are no reports of any injuries.

Appeal For Information After Serious Assault In Ballycastle
PSNI detectives in Coleraine have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of a serious assault in the Causeway Coast and Glens area on Tuesday 09 May. Shortly before 9.50am, a 31-year-old man was found seriously injured at a house in the Drumawillin Park area of Ballycastle.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run collision in Portrush. A male motorcyclist is being treated in hospital after he was involved in a collision on the Dunluce Road at around 5.30pm on Thursday 21 April.

Police appeal for information on missing Bushmills man
Police in Ballycastle have appealed for information on the whereabouts of a missing Bushmills man. Samuel Taylor, 64, has not been seen since he left his Causeway Court home on Thursday night. He is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, of slim build and with a fresh complexion.
