L'Derry Search Operation In New IRA Investigation
Detectives from the PSNI's Terrorism Investigation Unit (TIU) have conducted a search in L'Derry as part of an ongoing investigation into New IRA activity.
Detective Inspector O'Flaherty said: "The planned search was conducted in the Letterkenny Road area.
"Nothing was located during the proactive policing operation.
"We understand the impact operational activity can have upon the day-to-day lives of local residents, please be assured we seek to maximise safety and minimise any disruption with any planned activity. Our primary focus is keeping our community safe.
"We are grateful for the continued support of local communities as we continue our work to disrupt those involved in terrorism-related activity. We encourage anyone with information, or concerns, to contact us on 101."

Man due in court over drugs seizure
A 46-year-old man is due to appear at Dungannon Magistrates Court later today facing a number of drugs charges. The man is charged with possession of a Class C drug, possession of a Class C drug with intent to supply, and cultivation of a Class C drug.
