New 'Civil Service Guide: Supporting Carers' Launches

The Department of Finance (DoF) has announced that as part of Carers Week 2024, a new 'Civil Service Guide: Supporting Carers' has been launched.

Finance Minister, Dr Caoimhe Archibald, launched the guide in recognition of the valuable contribution colleagues with caring responsibilities make to the Civil Service.

In launching the guide, Finance Minister, Dr Caoimhe Archibald, said: "The Civil Service is committed to being a diverse, supportive and inclusive employer for all. We know that many civil servants are combining caring and work responsibilities and they are an important part of our workplace. The new guide is a welcome resource to help ensure carers feel acknowledged, supported and valued in our workplaces."
