Man Taken To Hospital After Single Vehicle Crash In Dungannon
A man in his seventies has been taken to hospital in critical condition after a single vehicle crash in Dungannon.
Police received a report at approximately 6.15pm yesterday, 15 August, that a BMW X5 was involved in a collision in the Moy Road area.
Inspector Beeton said: "We received a report at approximately 6.15pm on Thursday, 15th August of a single-vehicle collision involving a BMW X5 in the Moy Road area. Officers attended the scene alongside colleagues from other emergency services.
"The driver of the car, a man aged in his 70s, was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries. He remains in a critical condition. The road was closed for a time to facilitate emergency services. However, it has since fully reopened to traffic.
"Our investigation is underway and anyone with information about what happened, or who has dash-cam or other footage can contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1306 15/08/24."

Man Dies In Tyrone Farm Accident
The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has launched an investigation after a man died in a farm accident in Co Tyrone. Emergency services were called to the farm in the Coolaghy Road area of Ardstraw on Sunday, 02 September. His death is not being treated as suspicious and a post-mortem is to be carried out.

Woman Critical After Collision In L'Derry
A woman is in a critical condition after a two car crash in L'Derry. The collision happened on Victoria Road at around 7.30pm on Tuesday, 27 June. The 67-year-old is believed to have been the driver of the car. A passenger in the same vehicle was also taken to hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
