Two Arrested Following £3,500 Drug Seizure In L'Derry
Police have arrested two men and seized suspected Class A, B, and C drugs during a search of a property in Derry/Londonderry on Tuesday, March 4th.
Officers from the PSNI's District Support Team conducted the search at a residential premises in the Glenvale Road area at approximately 11 pm. "A quantity of suspected herbal cannabis, cocaine and diazepam tablets, with an estimated street value of £3,500, were seized as a result of the search," said Inspector Pearce.
Two 32-year-old men were arrested on suspicion of drug-related offences and are currently in custody assisting with inquiries.
Inspector Pearce emphasised the police's commitment to tackling drug supply and disrupting criminal activity, urging anyone with information to contact police on 101.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Four men have been arrested following a vehicle search in Co Antrim. A Citroen Berlingo was stopped and searched by police in the Tully Road area in Crumlin at around 2.45pm on Saturday, 11 June. A small amount of suspected cocaine was discovered. Four men, aged 34, 36, 37 and 44, were arrested on suspicion of possessing criminal property.

The redeveloped area will include a mix of retail, leisure, residential, community and office space. As soon as the development is complete it could create around 3,500 jobs in the area.
