Jewellery worth thousands of pounds stolen from shop

Thousands of pounds worth of jewellery have been stolen from a shop in west Belfast.

A gang of four or five men, armed with two weapons, one of which was a hand gun, entered the shop at the Westwood centre at 8pm on Tuesday.

They then proceeded to smash display counters before escaping in a blue car which was later found burning at Gransha Park.
