Man shot in paramilitary style attack
A 32-year-old man has been taken to hospital following a paramilitary style shooting in north Belfast.
The attack happened in Agnes Street in the Shankill Road area of the city at around 10.20pm yesterday.
Police have reported that two masked men approached the victim from behind, before shooting him in both legs.
The man was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital, where he is been treated for his injuries.
Detectives have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the attack or may have information in relation to the attack, to contact them on 0845 600 8000 or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was shot dead in west Belfast. The attack happened at a house in Glenwood Court, Poleglass, at around 8.15pm on Thursday, 20 October. He has been named locally as Joe Reilly, aged 43.

A man in his 30s has been shot several times in the legs in Co L'Derry. The shooting attack happened in the Rinmore Drive area at around 10.30pm on Tuesday, 09 August. The victim was shot in each ankle and once in the thigh. He is currently being treated in hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A man has been shot in both legs in a paramilitary style attack in west Belfast. The attack occurred in the Ardmonagh Gardens area shortly before 9pm on Saturday, 25 June. The victim was taken to hospital however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
