Two arrested over "suspected racist attack"
Police in County Down have appealed for information following a suspected racist attack on a house in the early hours of this morning.
At around 4.45am, paint was thrown and windows were broken at the house in the Copelands Park area of Bangor, which is understood to have been occupied by three Lithuanian nationals at the time.
A car, which was parked close to the house was also damaged during the incident.
Police believe that a golf club may have been used to carry out the attack.
Two men in their 20s have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently being questioned by detectives.
Anyone with any information relating to the attack, should contact police on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Man And Child Escape Shooting Unharmed
A man and a child have escaped uninjured after two shots were fired at a house in north Belfast on Monday evening. The PSNI said the man and child were in the property at Westland Way at about 23:50 on Monday night, when the man heard two shots. He went to the door and observed two strike marks.

Shots fired at west Belfast house
Police in west Belfast have appealed for information after a number of shots were fired at a house yesterday evening. The incident happened at around 7.30pm, when a shotgun round was fired through the front door and into the hallway of a property in the Glenveagh Park area of the city. No was was injured during the attack.
