Four arrested over criminal damage and burglaries
Four men have been arrested following a spate of burglaries and criminal damage in Belfast city centre in the early hours of this morning.
The incident happened shortly after 1am, when the gang, who were all aged in their 20s, broke a number of windows in shops in the High Street, Castle Lane, Donegall Place and Ann Street areas of the city before entering the premises.
They also damaged a display car, windows and doors in the Castle Court complex.
The men were arrested a short time later in the city centre.
Police have asked for anyone who may have any information in connection with the attacks, to contact police at Musgrave station on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Police are appealing for information after a woman was struck by a lorry in Belfast city centre. The incident happened in the Wellwood Street area at around 8am on Tuesday, 21 November. The pedestrian has been taken to hospital and the area remains sealed off.

Charges against four dropped
Four teenage men who appeared in court today facing charges of burglary and causing criminal damage have had the charges against them dropped. Reports are being prepared which will be sent to the Public Prosecution Service.

26-Year-Old Arrested After 'Roof Rampage' In South Belfast
A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with what has been described as a "roof rampage" in south Belfast. It is understood that the man climbed up onto the roofs of houses on Ashley Drive at about 9.30pm on Sunday, 27 May. The man spent a number of hours on top of the homes throwing bricks and tiles onto the street and cars below.
