Charges against four dropped
Four teenage men who appeared in court today facing charges of burglary and causing criminal damage have had the charges against them dropped.
Reports are being prepared which will be sent to the Public Prosecution Service.
A spate of criminal damage to retail premises in Belfast City Centre saw doors, windows and a car on display among items damaged at Castlecourt shopping mall.
Other premises in High Street, Castle Lane and Donegall Place were also reported to have been damaged.
The incidents took place at around 1.00am on Tuesday morning.
Police said that four men had been arrested following the incidents.

Teenager charged with jewellery robbery
An 18-year-old Belfast teenager has been remanded in custody following the robbery of a jewellery store in Belfast at the weekend. Patrick Joseph Clarke, from the Springfield Road in west Belfast, faces burglary and criminal damage charges following the incident at Walker and Hall Goldsmiths on Saturday.

A man has been arrested following reports of a car acting suspiciously in the Ballyclare area in Co Antrim. Police were alerted that a car and a man were acting suspiciously around a car sales showroom in the Park Street area on Monday evening, 16 May, and the early hours of Tuesday morning, 17 May. A car in the premises had been damaged.
