Girl dragged into toilets in Omagh

A man has been released on bail following an incident in County Tyrone.

An eight-year-old girl was approached by a male at the Lisanelly Heights area of Omagh at about 6:15pm on Thursday.

It is understood she was driven to toilets in GAA grounds a short distance away, but managed to escape and raise the alarm.

Pedestrian Injured In Belfast Hit-and-Run
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a hit-and-run incident in the Botanic Avenue area of Belfast in the early hours of Thursday morning. Arson Attack On 5G Mast In West Belfast
Detectives in Belfast are investigating a suspected arson attack on a 5G mast in the Andersonstown Road area. The incident occurred around 9.55pm on Wednesday, November 13th. Detective Sergeant Faulkner confirmed that officers attended the scene alongside the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, who successfully extinguished the blaze.

Major Drug Bust In Omagh Linked To INLA
Detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force have made a significant drug seizure in Omagh. Officers searched a van in the Doogary Road area on Thursday morning, 21st November, and recovered a substantial quantity of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of £750,000.

Teenage Girl Bailed Over City Stabbing
A 16-year-old girl arrested following a stabbing in Belfast city centre on Monday has been released on bail. The teenager was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the stabbing of a 35-year-old man near Royal Avenue on Monday.

Attempted Carjacking In West Belfast
Police are investigating an attempted carjacking in west Belfast on Tuesday, November 19th. At around 5:30pm, a man entered a parked car at Hillhead Court and attempted to steal it. A woman passenger was assaulted when she resisted the man's demands. The suspect, described as a man in his 20s wearing all black, fled the scene on foot.
