Commuter Rail Chaos
There's no Dublin-Belfast Enterprise express - or indeed any trains - running this morning on a section of railway line between Moira and Portadown.
The section of track has been closed because of a security alert.
Translink have said a bus substitution service is in operation for passengers between Lisburn and Portadown - with trains running on the remaining sections.
This morning police are continuing to examine the railway track between the two towns.
Translink has announced that passengers can travel on scheduled Ulsterbus services from Lurgan and Portadown with a valid rail ticket.
Meanwhile, there were delays on the Upper Newtownards Road where a water pipe has burst and the road surface has been damaged.
The rush hour disruption was just at the gates of the Stormont Assembly.

Over 800 young people from schools in Lisburn and Castlereagh attended a hard-hitting road safety message at the PSNI Road Safe Roadshow on 19 November. The roadshow, supported by AXA Insurance and the Northern Ireland Road Safety Partnership, aims to educate young drivers about the dangers of irresponsible driving.

Roads Service Ready For Winter Weather
Infrastructure Minister John O'Dowd has confirmed that the Department's winter service team is prepared to tackle the current cold snap. Around 300 staff and 130 gritters are ready to salt main roads, while 12 snow blowers are available for deployment if necessary. To ensure a comprehensive winter service, the Department has allocated £3.

£2.4m Funding For Portadown Railway Station
£2.4m funding has been secured for the redevelopment of Portadown Railway Station. Transport Minister Danny Kennedy secured the European Regional Development funding of £2.44m, which will go towards the £3.6m cost of the project.

Second Phase Of Lurgan Improvement Scheme Begins
The Roads Service £120,000 improvement scheme being delivered in conjunction with the Lurgan Environmental scheme at Edward Street in the town is set to move into its second phase. The resurfacing of Edward Street is being carried out in two phases with most elements of the work scheduled to be carried out at weekends.
