Powder In Post Alert 'Hoax'
Alerts sparked by suspect packages sent in this morning's post to central Belfast locations have now ended.
The packages - containing white powder - were sent the NI Police Ombudsman's office in Church Street, and also to the Sunday World's offices in nearby Commerical Court.
The fire service examined both parcels which were found to be harmless and have declared them a hoax.
However, police have warned anyone receiving a similar package not to touch them, but to contact them.
Police, seven fire engines and two ambulance crews attended the scene of the first alert, which was reported to them at about 10.40am on Tuesday, the second started at 12.25pm.
