Police appeal after attempted abduction of teenager
Police are appealing for information after a man attempted to abduct a teenager in east Belfast last night.
The 16-year-old girl was walking alone along Glenview Road at around 10.20pm last night when she became aware of a red car following her. The driver of the car stopped and ordered the girl to get in, but she was able to run away.
The man is described as in his 40s, of stocky build, with a black beard and bushy eyebrows and swept back dark hair.
Anyone who has any information relating to the incident should contact detectives at Castlereagh on 028 9065 0222.

Man suffers suspected fractured skull in attack
A man has suffered a suspected fractured skull after being attacked in north Belfast on Sunday. The 22-year-old man was walking along the Cliftonville Road when two men got out of a passing car and attacked him. Police believe a number of women were also in the car and have appealed for information on the attack. No motive has yet been established.

Suspect Held In Derry Rapist Hunt
An 18 year-old has been arrested today as part of the PSNI's hunt for a rapist who attacked a young American woman outside a Derry bar at the weekend. Detectives have been examining CCTV footage from the area to assist them in finding the man who carried out the assault which happened in a car park next to the Bogside Inn on Saturday night.

Man Dies In Three Car Collision In Dundrum
Police have issued an appeal for information following a fatal collision in Dundrum, Co Down. A 49-year-old man died at the scene of a three-car collision on the Belfast Road at about 12:20am on Thursday. It is understood that four other people are being treated in hospital following the collision.

Two Dead In Co Antrim Collisions
Two people have died in hospital after separate road traffic collisions in Co Antrim. An 88 year-old man named as Daniel Louden from Ballymoney was injured in a one-vehicle crash on the Frosses Road, Ballymoney at around 8am on Friday 08 November. He died in hospital on Saturday night.

Man Arrested In Connection With Dromara Assault
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a report of an assault at licenced premises at the Rathfriland Road area of Dromara. Detective Inspector Bell said: "Shortly before 10:10pm on Friday 15th December, it was reported that an altercation occurred at a bar in the area following three men refused entry to the premises.
