Ballymena Teen Murder Trial To Move Court
The trial of six people accused of murdering a Ballymena teenager has been moved to a new court.
Defence teams for those going on trial accused of murdering 15-year-old Michael McIlveen said they do not believe a fair trial would be possible because Coleraine Court was not big enough. The case will now be heard in Antrim court. However, the judge said he was "unhappy" at the timing of the complaint.
Five men and one juvenile are to appear in Antrim court on Monday, charged with the murder of the teenager. Another is facing criminal damage and affray charges.
A gang attacked Michael McIlveen in May 2006. He died from head injuries the day after he and two friends were chased by the group.

Schoolboy Murder Convictions Quashed
Three men will face a retrial after their convictions for murdering a County Antrim schoolboy were declare unsafe. Aaron Wallace, 23, Christopher Kerr 25, and Jeff Lewis, 22, all of Ballymena, were convicted of killing 15-year-old Michael McIlveen in May 2006. Wallace and Lewis were originally found guilty of murder.

Woman Charged With Attempted Murder After Man Stabbed In Co Down
A 36-year-old woman has been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed in Co Down. The 54-year-old victim was stabbed in the Manor Court area in Moira on Monday. He is currently in a serious but stable condition in hospital. The woman is to appear at Craigavon Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Co Down man jailed for raping daughter
A Co Down father who repeatedly raped and sexually abused one of his daughter’s over a 15-year period has been jailed for 17 years. Trevor Carson, 57, was convicted in June of eight charges of rape, 18 of indecent assault and four of attempted buggery.
