Weber Shandwick launches new Design Innovation award
Weber Shandwick Design has formally launched its ‘Visual Communications Award for Innovation’, in partnership with the University of Ulster.
The award, to be held annually, recognises the new wave of creative talent emerging across Northern Ireland.
This year's winner Kris Byers was chosen at the University of Ulster’s end of term art show, held in the Art College, Belfast.
Paul McCormack, Creative Director at Weber Shandwick, said: “Recent years have seen a wealth of creative talent emerging across Northern Ireland. We felt that Kris’s work displayed a high degree of innovation as he worked towards a tight design brief. This award is our way of nurturing new talent."
As part of the UK’s number one communication’s consultancy Weber Shandwick Design, is working with a variety of high-profile clients in the public and private sector.
