Man Pleads Guilty To Teacher's Manslaughter
A man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of a teacher in Limavady in 2007.
Victor Kennedy, 35, of no fixed abode, had previously denied murdering Michael McGinnis, but he pleaded guilty to the charge of manslaughter at Londonderry Crown Court on Tuesday.
The body of Mr McGinnis, 37, had been found near steps at Blackburn Path in Limavady in July 2007.
The case has been adjourned until Wednesday.

Loyalist pleads guilty to manslaughter of UDA member
Leading loyalist William ‘Mo’ Courtney has today admitted to the manslaughter of UDA feud victim Alan McCullough. Mr McCullough’s body was found in a shallow grave on the outskirts of Belfast in 2003. The 21-year-old from the Shankill area of Belfast had been shot.

Coleraine Gas Fitter Pleads Not Guilty In CO Poisoning Trial
A Coleraine gas fitter has denied the manslaughter of two teenagers from Newtownabbey who died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Aaron Davidson and Neil McFerran died in August 2010. The 18-year-olds had been staying at an apartment in Castlerock, near Colertaine, to celebrate having finished their exams.
