Haddock Questioned Over Four Killings
A notorious loyalist leader has been arrested in connection with four murders dating back to the 1990s.
Mark Haddock is being questioned about the murders of John Harbinson in May 1997, Gary Convie and Eamon Fox in March 1994 and that of murdered woman, Sharon McKenna in January 1993.
The suspect was arrested by officers from the Historical Enquiries Team.
The 40-year-old - from north Belfast's Mount Vernon estate - was taken from Maghaberry Prison under arrest and is being held at Antrim Serious Crime Suite.
He is also being questioned about a number of assaults and a shooting incident.
The UVF figure is currently serving a 10-year sentence in Maghaberry prison for attacking a club doorman.
Earlier this year, he was charged with the murder of a rival loyalist - UDA leader Tommy English - which was in 2000.

'Prominent' Loyalist Arrested Over 1994 UVF Murders
A "prominent" loyalist has been arrested in the UK in connection with three UVF murders in 1994. According to reports, detectives have arrested 45-year-old Mark Haddock as part of an investigation into the shooting of Sean McParland in north Belfast.

Police renew murder appeal
Police have renewed their appeal into the murder of a man in Co Down last month. Andrew Cully, a father of two teenage boys from Greyabbey, was shot up to 10 times as he sat in his parked car in the loyalist West Winds estate in Newtownards on 24 March. Detectives want to speak to anyone who saw Mr Cully sitting in his car prior to the shooting.

Funeral of murdered loyalist takes place
Hundreds of mourners have attended the funeral of a man murdered over the weekend in Co Down. 45-year-old Jim Johnston was killed at his Ballyrobert Road home in Crawfordsburn last Thursday. Police have linked the killing to a drugs feud in the area. One man is currently being questioned by police after being detained yesterday.

Four Arrested Following Disorder In South Belfast
Four men have been arrested following public disorder incidents in the university area of south Belfast on Thursday, November 14th. Police responded to a number of offences, including resisting and obstructing police, and assault on police. Three men, aged 18, 20, and 21, have been charged and are due to appear in court in December.
