The range varies between businesses, and tobacco products are subject to UK rules on packaging, sale and display. Tobacco retailers must not sell tobacco products to anyone under 18. Staff may ask customers to provide proof of age, and shops can operate an age-checking policy for customers who appear younger than a specified age.
