Royal Harpist Had Stolen Goods
A former Royal harpist has been found guilty of handling stolen goods.
Jemima Phillips, who played at the wedding of the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, had previously pleaded guilty to one charge of attempted fraud and was found not guilty of involvement in three burglaries.
The 28-year-old Royal College of Music graduate from the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, had been battling a drug addiction when she carried out the offence.
Phillips' co-defendant and former boyfriend William Davies, 41, of Cheltenham, was also found guilty of four charges of burglary, following a trial at Gloucester Crown Court.
Phillips has been granted bail while a pre-sentence report is prepared. However, she could face a jail sentence. Judge Michael Harrington warned her: "All sentencing options are open to me."
Phillips is due to be sentenced on December 22.
