Aberdeen Fire Probed
Grampian Police are investigating a fire-raising in the Dyce area of Aberdeen.
The incident occurred between 4.30am and 4.50am on Tuesday 16 February, at Gladstone Place.
As a result of the incident, two vehicles - a Toyota Hilux and a Vauxhall Movano were damaged. The cost of the damage is still to be ascertained.
Officers said they are keen to trace anyone seen in the vicinity between these times.
Investigating officer, PC Charles Davidson said: "We believe this to be a deliberate and dangerous act which could have endangered life.
"Two vehicles have been badly damaged as a result, one of which is beyond repair.
"We'd ask that anyone with information regarding this incident contacts us on 0845 600 5 700 or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

Salford MP Hazel Blears' car has been attacked while she canvassed for local support in Manchester. The former cabinet minister's Citroen Xsara Picasso was left with a damaged front window and two slashed tyres following the incident near the junction of Cemetery Road and Eccles New Road in Weaste.

MoJ Reveal Drone Used In Prison Smuggle Attempt
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has revealed that a drone was used to try and smuggle a package into the grounds of HMP Bedford. An MoJ spokesperson said that the aircraft was "quickly intercepted by vigilant staff" on 06 March.

It has been confirmed that a burglar stabbed to death during a break-in at a Salford house, was on police bail following a separate suspected burglary. Earlier this month, John Leonard Bennell, 27, from Hyde, was arrested by police.

Man Still Questioned Over Heathrow Alert
Police are continuing to question a man who sparked a major security alert at Heathrow airport on Thursday by running onto a runway. The man was arrested as he ran onto the north runway, carrying a rucksack around 2:30pm on Thursday. Armed police detained him and a controlled explosion was carried out on his bag. However, no explosives were found.
