Baby P Convicted Returned To Jail Over Bail Breach

Jason Owens, one of the three jailed over the death of Baby P, has been returned to prison for breaching his bail conditions.

Owen, from Bromley, south-east London, was sentenced to six years in prison for causing or allowing the death of 17-month-old Peter Connelly.

Peter's mother Tracey Connelly and Owen’s brother Steven Parker were also jailed following Peter's death in 2007.

While it has been reported that Owen has been returned to prison, the Ministry of Justice has not yet released the circumstances surrounding the recall.
