Inmate Given Second Life Term For Mark Bridger Attack

An inmate who attacked Mark Bridger in prison has been given a second life sentence.

24-year-old convicted murderer and rapist Juvinal Ferreira attacked Bridger, jailed for the murder of five-year-old April Jones, with a knife, made from a razor, at Wakefield prison in July.

According to reports Ferreira attacked Bridger to try and make him reveal where April Jones's body is hidden.

In addition to the second life term, Ferreira's minimum term was increased by five year.

Rented Home Of Mark Bridger Demolished
The former rented home of Mark Bridger, where he is believed to have murdered five-year-old April Jones, has been destroyed. According to reports, Carol and Paul Jones, April's parents, watched as the house was demolished. Bridger was sentenced to a whole-life term for the abduction and murder of April in October 2012.

Child Murderer Mark Bridger Attacked In Prison
The man jailed for the murder of five-year-old April Jones, has been attacked in prison. It has been reported that Mark Bridger, who is serving a full-life term at Wakefield prison, was slashed across the face with a makeshift blade. It is likely he will be left permanently scarred.

Mark Bridger has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of missing five-year-old April Jones. The schoolgirl was last seen outside her home in Machynlleth, Powys, on Monday Oct 1st at 7pm.

Missing Girl Hunt Resumes
Dyfed-Powys Police are continuing their search for five-year-old missing April Jones. Police have been given a further 12 hours to question Mark Bridger, 46, who lives locally on suspicion of her abduction. Yesterday they released a picture of his blue Land Rover Discovery.

Police Release Arrested Man Vehicle Picture In Missing Girl Search
Dyfed-Powys Police have released a picture of a blue Land Rover Discovery belonging to a man who has been arrested in connection with the disappearance of April Jones. She was last seen by another child near her home in the Bryn Y Gog estate in Machynlleth, mid Wales, at around 7pm on Monday.
