Convicted Killer Pleads Guilty To Graham Buck Murder
Convicted killer Ian John McLoughlin has pleaded guilty to the murder of Graham Buck, who died trying to help his neighbour in Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, in July.
55-year-old McLoughlin was on day release from prison when he fatally stabbed Graham Buck (66) in the neck.
Mr Buck was attacked when he came to the aid of his neighbour Francis Cory-Wright, who McLoughlin was attempting to rob.
At the time to the attack McLoughlin was on day release, 21 years into a 25 year sentence for the 1992 murder of Brighton barman, Peter Halls.
He was also jailed for 8 years in 1983 for the manslaughter of Len Delgatty.
McLoughlin will be sentenced at a later date.

Police Extend 'Dangerous' Man Hunt Nationwide
Police have put airports and ports on alert as the hunt for a man in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 66-year-old man in Hertfordshire on Saturday. 55-year-old John McLoughlin has been described as "dangerous" and is wanted in connection with the death of Graham Buck, who was killed after he intervened in a robbery at a neighbours house.

An Edinburgh man has been given a life sentence for the murder of his ex-lover and work colleague. 49-year-old David Gilroy must serve a minimum of 18 years in jail for killing 38-year-old bookkeeper Suzanne Pilley. Despite denying the charge Gilroy, a married man, was found guilty of his former lover's murder last month.

Killer Wife Jailed For 10 Years
A 50-year-old woman from Enfield has been jailed for ten years at the Old Bailey for the manslaughter of her 73-year old husband. Leonora Sinclair, 50, of Windward Close, was found guilty at the Old Bailey on Tuesday 25 October having been arrested at their home address on 18 January.

Co Londonderry killer, Hazel Stewart has been sentenced to a minimum of 18 years in jail for the murders of her first husband and former lover's wife. Mrs Stewart, 49, was convicted earlier this month of the murders of Lesley Howell and Trevor Buchanan.

A Broadmoor patient who killed two women and attacked two others in 1998, has been jailed for a minimum of 21 years. Graham Fisher, 37, from Bromley, south-east London, confessed to killing Clare Letchford, 40, and Beryl O'Connor, 75, in Hastings, on the grounds of diminished responsibility.
