Stuart Hall To Lose OBE
Stuart Hall is to be stripped of his OBE after being jailed for a series of sexual assaults on young girls.
In June the 83-year-old former broadcaster pleaded guilty to 14 charges of sexual assault against nine girls aged between nine and 17 between 1967 and 1985.
An initial sentence of 15 months was doubled by the Court of Appeal.
An independent forfeiture committee decides whether recipients should lose honours if they have brought the system into disrepute. Their decision is then announced in the London Gazette.

Two held over 'serious' sex assault
Two young men have been arrested in connection with an incident in which a woman was subjected to a series of "serious sexual assaults" in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. The men, both aged 18, are currently being questioned at Chapeltown Police Station over the attack which occurred after 7am on Saturday morning.

Nine men will be sentenced today at Liverpool Crown Court after being found guilty of child sexual exploitation. The men, from Rochdale and Oldham, were found guilty of operating a child sexual exploitation ring involving vulnerable teenage girls as young as 13. Offences included rape and conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child.
