Police And Food Standards Agency Investigate Death
Greater Manchester Police and the Food Standards Agency are conducting a joint investigation into the death of an 18-year-old woman in Manchester city centre.
Police said the woman died in hospital on Monday after she collapsed on Withy Grove in Manchester at about 20:30 last Friday.
According to police inquiries the woman is believed to have been out for a meal in the Great Northern Warehouse before she collapsed.
It is thought she may have suffered an allergic reaction.
Police and the Food Standards Agency are investigating the "exact circumstances" surrounding the woman's death.

Horror As Decomposed Child's Body Found
A man and a woman are currently being questioned by police after the decomposed body of a young child was found in a house. The horrific discovery was made when they were called to the terrace property in Heaton, Bradford, at about 2.40pm on Wednesday. Police said the dead child was a boy, aged three-and-a-half.

Man Arrested Over Woman's Death
A man has been arrested following the discovery of a woman's body in a property in Tameside, Greater Manchester. The woman's body was found at an address on Windermere Road, Hyde shortly after 6pm on Monday, after police went to investigate reports that a woman had been assaulted.
