Farage And Family 'Chased' From Pub
UKIP leader Nigel Farage has been "chased" from a pub in south London as he had lunch with his family.
According to reports a group of protesters "invaded" the Queen's Head pub in Downe, Kent, as Mr Farage was having lunch with his wife and two young children.
Mr Farage and his family are said to have been "chased out of the pub", with protesters jumping on the bonnet of his car as he tried to drive away.
"I hope these 'demonstrators' are proud of themselves. My children were so scared by their behaviour that they ran away to hide," Mr Farage is quoted by the BBC.
"... A relative has gone to look for them, and they are not yet at home. These people are scum."

Smoking ban to be enforced early at Wetherspoon pubs
Pub chain, J.D. Wetherspoon have announced that they will ban smoking in all their premises by May 2006, two years before the government restrictions are due to come into force. The pub chain, which already offers non-smoking areas in its bars, will also impose a ban in 60 of its 650 UK pubs this year.

Farage Claims Race Law Comments 'Wilfully Misinterpreted'
UKIP leader Nigel Farage said that comments he made about race laws have been "wilfully misinterpreted". It is understood that in a Channel 4 documentary, due to be aired next week, Mr Farage is alleged to have said that UKIP would seek to "scrap much of the legislation" currently in place to prevent racial discrimination in the workplace.
