Woman Arrested After Cannabis Farm Found In Home
A 29-year-old woman has been arrested following the discovery of a cannabis farm inside her home in Bridgwater in Somerset.
Forty six cannabis plants and a quantity of dried leaves and seeds were found in two rooms of the house on Monday 15 June. Police also found sodium heat lamps, carbon filters, electronic timers, electronic thermometers, transformers, water trays with irrigation pumps – all connected to electronic timers.
PC Dom Bryant said: "It was an extremely professional setup. Two rooms within the house were occupied by grow tents and there were various pots, bottles of plant food, fertiliser and wall charts. The female was arrested and later released on bail pending further enquiries."

Police in Cardiff searching for a missing person have uncovered a cannabis farm in a disused ward of a psychiatric hospital. It is understood that around 30 cannabis plants were uncovered by officers during a search at Whitchurch Hospital in Cardiff. News of the cannabis farm was revealed in a report by the BBC.

Huge Oldham Cannabis Seizure Revealed
More than 3,300 cannabis plants, worth around £500,000, have been seized by police in Oldham. Police went to a house on Rochdale Road, Royton around 2.50pm last Thursday, when a total of 2492 plants were recovered along with a large amount of cash. A BMW was also seized.

Police in Everton have uncovered "one of the biggest cannabis farms ever discovered in Merseyside". It is understood that officers on patrol on Thursday noticed a "strong smell of cannabis" coming from Candia Tower block on Jason Street. Officers then noticed a number of covered windows on the fifth floor of the tower block.
