Gurdev Sangha, 24, from Leicester, appeared before Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning 2 July.
He is the second man to be charged with murder.

Wildlife Camera Traps Stolen
Three out of five wildlife camera's placed at a country park in Wrexham have been stolen.
The camera traps, which were locked in steel security cases, were taken from Ty Mawr Country Park over the weekend.
They were part of a wildlife project by NatureSpy to study local animals in nature reserves across North East Wales.
James McConnell, of NatureSpy, said the theft was "very disappointing."
He added: "As a non-profit organisation, we can't just shell out cash to replace them the next day.
"What makes it worse is that we also lose the data - we don't know what the cameras would have captured in terms of wildlife.
"This project is all about giving local people the opportunity to discover and see their local wildlife in ways they haven't been able to before, and it's a very disappointing that a few thieves want to spoil it for everyone else."
Mr McConnell added police are making enquiries.
