Three Charged Over Football Violence
Three men have been arrested in connection with violence at an FA cup fixture football match in Birmingham on 07 March this year.
Robert Bernard, 51, of Carisbrooke Road, Wednesdbury; Carl Ashmore, 29, of Kesteven Road, Hateley Heath, West Bromwich; and John Ritchie, 34, of Marnham Road, West Bromwich have been charged with causing fear of unlawful violence.
The trio will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on 16 October. If found guilty, officers will apply football banning orders barring them from attending matches.
As part of their bail conditions imposed ahead of their court appearance, Bernard, Ashmore and Ritchie must not go within five miles of Villa Park before, during and after games. They are also barred from and not to attend any regulated football fixture.

Police investigating the alleged fraudulent sale of Rangers Football Club in 2011 have arrested four men. Officers from Police Scotland, Surrey Police, Cheshire Police and Thames Valley Police, carried out a joint operation that saw four addresses across the UK raided at the same time.
