16-Year-Old Seriously Injured In Cardiff Hit-And-Run
South Wales Police have appealed for witnesses to a hit-and-run incident in Cardiff that left a 16-year-old with a fractured skull.
The incident occurred just before 19:00 on Tuesday at the junction of Clare Road and Tudor Street in Grangetown.
The 16-year-old is a serious condition at University Hospital of Wales.
Police have appealed to the driver of a silver car, believed to have been involved in the incident, which failed to stop at the scene.

MoJ Reveal Drone Used In Prison Smuggle Attempt
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has revealed that a drone was used to try and smuggle a package into the grounds of HMP Bedford. An MoJ spokesperson said that the aircraft was "quickly intercepted by vigilant staff" on 06 March.

Fatalities After Mid-Air Plane Crash
Four people are feared dead following a mid-air aircraft collision near a nature reserve. South Wales Police were alerted to the accident which occurred near the reserve at Porthcawl, just before 11am on Wednesday. Jeff Tildesley, Deputy Mayor of Bridgend Council, said he believed at least two people were killed in the incident.

Teenager questioned over fatal stabbing
A teenager is being questioned in connection with the stabbing of a 16-year-old Tyneside boy. Police are investigating the murder of Mark Smith, 16, from St John's Walk, Newcastle, who was stabbed and later died in hospital.

Former police officers arrested in Lynette White murder case
Five retired police officers have been arrested as part of an investigation into the murder of a Cardiff prostitute 17 years ago, South Wales police have confirmed. Twenty-year-old Lynette White was found murdered in a flat in the Butetown area of Cardiff on Valentine’s Day, 1988.
