Thailand murder - accused appear in court
Two Thai men accused of the rape and murder of British tourist Katherine Horton have appeared in court.
Bualoy Kotsith, 23 and Vichai Suankhaoyai, 24, were arrested on Monday in connection with the 21-year-old Cardiff student's death.
During the hearing, the two men - both local fisherman - signed their names, before being taken to Suritani provincial prison.
Miss Horton's body was found in the sea off the island of Koh Samui on January 2. She had last been seen on the evening of New Year's Day, talking to her mother on her mobile phone as she walked along the beach.
A post-mortem found that she had been beaten and raped before being dragged into the sea.
Miss Horton, a psychology student from Reading University, had been on holiday with a friend, Ruth Adams, at the time of her murder.
Thai police said that both Kotsith and Suankhaoyai had admitted killing Miss Horton and Kotsith also admitted raping her.

Men Sought Over Bradford Murder
Police in Bradford are seeking four suspects over the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in Bradford in the early hours of Monday morning. The victim was found after police were called to reports of an attack at an address in Little Horton Lane in the Canterbury area around 1am on Monday. He died at the scene.

Funeral held for Katherine Horton
A family funeral service has been held today for Katherine Horton, the backpacking student who was murdered in Thailand on New Year's Day. Around 200 mourners attended the service at St Isan's Church in Llanishen, including Miss Horton's parents and her two brothers. Following the service the coffin was taken to Thornhill Crematorium.
