Winslet wins Grazia 'weight' case
Kate Winslet has received a "substantial donation" to be given to an eating disorder charity as settlement for her High Court libel action against Grazia magazine.
The magazine apologised for an article implying that Ms Winslet was being hypocritical over her stance on eating and for seeking weight loss treatment.
The Oscar-nominee had complained via her lawyers to publisher Emap and later described the article as "categorically untrue."
Ms Winslet had received treatment for a neck injury.
This week's edition of Grazia carried a prominent apology to Ms Winslet and stated that the article was published "in good faith."
Grazia said it would make a contribution to the charity of Ms Winslet's choosing.
