Judge killed in fall from block of flats
A Crown Court judge has died after falling 50ft from the block of flats where he lived.
Judge Rodney McKinnon, 64, died after falling from a window in his apartment in the prestigious Drake House building in Dolphin Square, Pimlico, south-west London on Thursday afternoon.
Mr McKinnon suffered fatal head injuries in the fall and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for Scotland Yard said that the death was not being treated as suspicious and added that a post-mortem is due to take place on Tuesday.
An inquest will be held at Westminster Coroner's Court.

Third annual fall recorded in migration to UK
The number of people migrating to the UK has fallen for the third year running, according to statistics released today. New international migration estimates published today by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) found that overall 151,000 more people migrated to the UK than leaving it in 2003.

Teenager Who Died In Brighton Cliff Fall Named As Nick Cave's Son
A 15-year-old boy who died after falling from a cliff in Brighton has been named as Arthur Cave, son of musician Nick Cave. It is understood that the teenager was found on the underpass of Ovingdean Gap at 18:00 on Tuesday suffering life threatening injuries. He died a short time later in hospital.

Death Fall Boy 'May Have Been Chased'
A teenage boy who died after falling from a block of flats may have been chased, according to police. Officers say they are investigating whether the 16-year-old boy had been pursued before falling from the building in Paragon Road, Hackney. Emergency services were called to the scene where they found the victim shortly after 3pm on Wednesday.
