Man seriously injured in road rage assault
A man has been seriously injured and another man arrested in what has been described as a "road rage" incident in Londonderry.
The assault happened in the Waterside area of the city, when the two motorists entered into a dispute near the Craigavon Bridge.
Describing the attack, police inspector Bob Torrens said :"Two drivers, one in a lorry and one in a black Citroen Xantia, appear to have fallen out at this location over the manner of each other's driving. Police have appealed for any witnesses to the incident to come forward. (CL)
