Dubin Arrests After Drugs Find
Three men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with the discovery of drugs in the area.
Gardaí reported today that the arrests were made as part of an ongoing intelligence led operation into the sale and supply of drugs in the Dublin area.
Last night officers arrested three men and seized 32 kilos of herbal cannabis, which has an estimated street value of approximately €400,000.
Gardaí from the Garda National Drugs Unit, assisted by the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested two males, aged 25 years and 40years, on Fassaugh Avenue in Cabra and seized 25 kilos of herbal cannabis.
In a follow up search on Carnlough Road, Cabra, a male aged 31 was arrested in possession of seven kilos of herbal cannabis.
The males are being detained at Cabra and Finglas Garda stations under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.

Four Charged With Drugs Offences
Four people have been charged with class A drugs offences following arrests made on Friday (30 August). Two men, aged 54 and 20, and a 42-year-old woman who are all from Liverpool, and a 35-year-old man from Antrim have been charged with the possession of Class A drugs and possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.

Two Arrested Over Ongoing Investigation Into Cannabis Supply From Italy
Two people have been arrested in England as part of an ongoing investigation into cannabis supply from Italy. A man, 35, and a woman, 34, were arrested in the Milton Keynes area this morning, Thursday, on suspicion of drugs trafficking and money laundering offences. They are being brought to Belfast to be interviewed by the police.

A Newtownabbey man has been handed a custodial sentence for a series of drugs offences following police raids as part of a paramilitary probe. 49-year-old William Axon will serve two years imprisonment, half in custody and half on licence.
