Game Of Thrones Details Found In Armagh Forest

A call sheet from the fantasy series Game of Thrones was found abandoned in County Armagh, the BBC has reported.

A member of the public handed the document to a journalist who said the document could easily have caused plot details to leak.

The 12-page booklet was found in Gosford Forest Park and contained risk assessments, contact information for production staff and crew members, and information about scenes and plot lines.

Local journalist Ruth Loney said the maps and set layout details included would have given away the plot to any fans of the show.

She said: "This would be if use to people who are absolutely following this series and would be dying to know what is happening in the future. Everyone on set would have one of these. I have it intact to be returned to the producing team.

"Had this been found and taken by somebody who knew about computers and putting it up on the internet really quickly, it could have gone anywhere."

Game of Thrones is a medieval fantasy series based on the books of George R R Martin.

HBO is currently filming the third series of the show in Northern Ireland.

Enterprise minister Arlene Foster released figures in May calculating that Game of Thrones was responsible for £43m being spent in the Northern Irish economy.
