Houses damaged in separate petrol bomb attacks
Two houses have been attacked in separate petrol bomb attacks in Belfast and Downpatrick.
In north Belfast, a device was thrown through a glass pane in the front door of a house on the Crumlin Road at around 11pm last night.
In Downpatrick, a house in the Mount Crescent area suffered scorch damage in the early hours of Friday morning.
It is understood that there were no injuries in either attack.

Overnight gun and pipe bomb attacks
A number of people have escaped injury after a series of gun and pipe bomb attacks on their homes in County Antrim. A ten-year-old boy escaped in jury after shots were fired into a house at Mounthill Drive in Cloughmills, County Antrim.

Pipe bomb escape in north Belfast
A number of people have escaped injury after two pipe bomb attacks in north Belfast. The devices exploded in the rear gardens of two houses in Deerpark Parade just before 11pm on Thursday. Police have said that a conservatory at one of the houses was badly damaged. A police spokesperson said it was “a miracle no-one was seriously injured.

Church buildings damaged in attacks
Two church buildings have been damaged in separate overnight attacks. In the first attack windows were smashed at the home of a Church of Ireland Rector in Glenavy, County Antrim around midnight last night. A gang of youths throwing stones and other missiles attacked the church rectory and broke the windscreen of a car that was sitting outside.
