Pipe Bomb Discovered In Strabane
A pipe bomb has been found following a security alert in Strabane, County Tyrone.
A number of homes were evacuated in the area this morning, as army bomb disposal experts were called in to examine a suspicious object that had been discovered in Springhill Park.
Springhill Park was closed to traffic, while about 30 residents were housed at the Springhill Community Centre following evacuations.
The area has now reopened to traffic and residents have been allowed to return home.

Pedestrian Dies Following Road Traffic Collision Ikn West Belfast
A female pedestrian in her 70s has tragically died following a road traffic collision in west Belfast on Saturday, 9th November. The incident occurred on Hannahstown Hill shortly after 6:50pm when two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle. Emergency services attended the scene, and the injured pedestrians were taken to hospital.
