Marian McGlinchey Cases Adjourned
Two cases of alleged terrorist activity against Old Bailey bomber Marian McGlinchey have been adjourned because she is currently in hospital.
Mrs McGlinchey, 58, from west Belfast, is on bail facing charges of providing property, namely a mobile phone, for a terrorist purpose.
The charge came about from the investigation into the murders of two soldiers who were shot outside the Massereene Barracks.
She is also accused of aiding and abetting a meeting in support of a proscribed organisation, the IRA, in a separate case.
Defence lawyers asked for each case to be adjourned and each judge agreed.
The lawyer also applied for a reporting restriction that would bar media from taking, recording or publishing McGinchey's image.
The judge said he would rule the defence application on Monday.
