Randox Secures Five Year NI Contract
Randox, the healthcare diagnostics company, has won a five-year contract to supply quality control products to NI's health trusts.
According to the BBC, the contract will see the Co Antrim-based firm supply 10 hospitals within the trusts.
Over the life of the contract, the new business is worth a potential £1.2m.
The agreements will mean that routine patient blood tests will be quality assured by Randox products. These quality control products are used by health professionals to ensure accuracy in testing procedures and to avoid misdiagnosis.

SF Calls For Action On NI Mental Health Services
Sinn Féin has called for more to be done to improve mental health services across the north of Ireland. The party's mental health spokesperson, MLA Órlaithí Flynn, made the call after the release of the Registrar General's 2023 Annual Report which has highlighted an increase in deaths by suicide in 2023.
